The Journey To A Healthier Lifestyle

Thanks for joining me!

Together we can educate one another to live a natural life as much as possible. Without the use of toxins and added chemicals, we can enable our body to function to its fullest capacity. The goal is to aid in prevention of disease, minimize toxic side effects, and promote health & beauty.

I have created this blog for informational purposes only. I grew up in a multicultural home with Armenian, Russian, Greek, and Persian influences that nourished my interest in natural and integrative medicine. I hope to create a virtual space where men and women can inform and learn from one another on the natural options available for our daily health and beauty needs. May you take my experiences and knowledge obtained on this topic with a grain of salt and use it to the utmost benefit.

By cleansing your body on a regular basis and eliminating as many toxins as possible from your environment, your body can begin to heal itself, prevent disease, and become stronger and more resilient than you ever dreamed possible!ā€ Ā ~Dr. Edward Group
